Following her studies in international trade and working for an import/export company, Laure realised this was not meant for her.

Michele is an experienced ICF accredited coach and is part of our Animas coach mentor team. She actually had her first taste of coach training using the GROW model in 1998, during a stint of more than twenty years working in the public sector.

Ken is an ICF credentialed coach and makes up an important part of our Coach Mentoring Team. Graduating with Animas in 2014, and with his 25-year professional background in corporate communications and events, Ken now enjoys combining public relations consultancy with his own executive coaching practice.
